Background

During the 1990's repairers and rental agencies started performing insurance agent continuing education and the founder and the other Senior Moderators wrote and instructed hundreds of these courses.  DuPont / Axalta had Cape School certify them with most states and they were taught widely to thousands of agents nation-wide.  During COVID, these courses were shelved, and agents were offered numerous on-line approaches to their CE needs.  They have grown weary of that instructional method and have expressed a desire to return to the hands-on interactive approach of the LEAP courses.

Impact

The agents who attend these courses have their state or provincial CE requirements met, but also really find value in the content and the hands-on experiences they participate in.  Often, this information helps them add-value to their policyholders and help them retain them and earn referrals for being such a valuable resource, in the face of stiff competition for the auto insurance customer.
