LEAP has written over 50 different modules which can facilitated for your staff, to assist with implementing or reinforcing the shops standard operating procedures.  They also can be adapted to allow the facilitator to assist your team with solving a performance issue in a particular process.

LEAP has created a playbook or standard operating procedure (SOP) for literally hundreds of repairers.  Each SOP is customized to the target market, IT systems, degree of sophistication and results desired of each customer.  The process involves discovery / inspection of the current process, setting the target for the results sought, seeking the input of the affected parties and listening to concerns, testing and refining the process and then implementing the best practices agreed upon.  LEAP can also assist with internal or external auditing to ensure the process is sustained long term.

LEAP consultants have conducted hundreds of states or provincially certified continuous education courses (via Cape School) which are engaging and interesting for the agent.  Rather than taking a long eLearning class, these interactive courses are a fun way to help agents earn their continuous educations credit requirements.
